This is a nice place for what it is: a pancake house. This particular store is clean and well kept. Service has been good every time I have been there and I have never had to wait for a table (caveat: I arrive early, usually before 7 am). The hosts and servers are very friendly and prompt. Things I appreciate: They'll make a steak and eggs and substitute fruit or spinach for the carb-rich sides, even early in the morning. They're open all night, so it's never too early for breakfast. They frequently offer to send a cup of coffee "to go" when you're headed out the door. Things I appreciate a little less: It's not easy to get there, really. It's off the beaten path unless you're staying in one of the hotel properties nearby.

Typical Ihop food and normally I wouldn't even review a chain place like this but I have to say the service was great and that's why I'm writing this. We showed up late after a late night out shopping and our waitress was so friendly and our food came out so quick we were amazed. I think she could see the hunger in our eyes. Definately worth going for the service!

If you love sitting around and being completely ignored for cookie cutter breakfast then this IHOP is for you!!! Here's the thing, I love IHOP. I love the food, drinks and breakfast any time of day. This IHOP in particular is a freaking nightmare. The food is pretty much the same as any other, but the service blows! I sit around for a good 30 minutes just to have someone treat me like it's an inconvenience to do their job. What really did it for me was when I tried to be a consistent customer because I thought the food was worth the neglect and one day I show up for the free pancake day, sit down and I'm greeted with a dull look and a "you're here for free pancakes aren't you?" I could understand if they were being joking about it and having some fun with the free pancake day, but this server was basically annoyed that people came in for their promotion. Haven't been back. Maybe it's gotten better but I most likely won't ever find out.

Located slap bang next to a La Quinta and surrounded by several other hotels, it's not surprising that this place was HOPping (lolz) at 9am. After a few minutes of sipping piping hot but mediocre coffee, and studying the extensive menu, I decided on the Big Bacon Omelette which came with three pancakes ($7.99). He girlishly opted for the Double Blueberry Pancakes ($6.99). The omelette was HUGE and really good - plenty of melty Swiss cheese and Parmesan, crispy bacon, and tomato and onion goodness. The pancakes, on the other hand, were rather heavy and Bisquicky so I only ate one. He said his was "just ok." Despite being incredibly busy, service was good and tables were cleared quickly. I wouldn't want it every week, but I definitely enjoyed my breakfast there. Oh, and this particular IHOP is open 24 hrs.

Worst service ever. We were seated somewhat quickly. But once we were seated we sat their for about 30 min just waiting to, not only get drinks, but order our drinks. The waiter was pretty polite but didn't show a ton of enthusiasm and seemed like he didn't want to be here. So needless to say I will NOT be coming back here

Worst experience EVER!!!!! My husband and I went here for a late night breakfast. The manager sat us and was very short with us. There were about two or three other tables with people in there. We weren't sure why the aloofness from the staff, as they were anything but busy. Most places/people like making money at work. Our waitress,(if you can even call her that) this beady eyed bigger lady who looked like she hasn't showered in a few days(if you serve food please bathe); came a really long time after we had been sat down(we were at the point of almost leaving) she took our order without so much as a smile and she disappeared into the mist(kitchen) again. She was gone for another very long time. Finally out came my salad. And she was off before we could say a word..... So my husband went than empty table and got me a napkin and a fork for my salad. She just kept disappearing. After a while the rest of the food came and she took off before we could ask for anything else once again. The food was disgusting. Curdled and greenish yellow hollandaise? Eggs cooked all the way through in a Benedict? Blasphemy. The kicker was when my husband's pancakes at freakin IHOP fell apart. They had no substance; like someone omitted the eggs. We were sick of looking for our waitress so we ate/picked through what we could and then literally sat there for another twenty minutes after we had finished and waited for our waitress again....... I couldn't believe she didn't at least come to check on us once after we'd gotten the food finally. We didn't even want to imagine the experience that we may have had we asked for our food to be redone to an edible quality. It was already so awful and so so so so painfully long at this point...... When our waitress finally came back we asked for boxes to gather what scraps we could use for our dogs. She rolled her eyes and I honk could tell that we were a bit tense and wanting to leave badly at this point. She then said the first word to us that she had all night. She tried to say she was sorry for making us wait for the bill. I couldn't help it. I told her she had made us wait all night and that it had been a really awful experience. She offered to get her manager in a super snotty voice and I told her I doubted he'd care from the way he'd acted when he'd sat us down. Here's where we thought she'd saved herself. She came back with our receipt and told us we hadn't been charged. Wow. That's good customer service! .....or so we thought..... Out in the parking lot, as my husband was opening my door, she ran out the back to the dumpsters where she could see us and yelled for us to, "SUCK IT!" I couldn't believe it. No one deserves that treatment. Not even at IHOP..... After as understanding as we had been about her disappearance and as as appreciative as we had been for the meal at least being comped.... It made no sense and was completely uncalled for!

Service at this location is horrendous, do not go here. I called in an order for carry out, their "IHOP n' Go", and the attendant did not know if they had a Belgium waffle combo, and neither did another person. Finally got the order in, and they did not take my name, but I didn't think that was a big deal. When I arrived, they had no record of my order, so I had to reorder and wait about 20 minutes. They gave me a coffee while I waited, and every group that left was not happy with the service. When my food came, they actually managed to mess the order up, and I had to wait a few more minutes for it to get corrected. When I got home, the Belgian waffle was cold and didn't taste great.

The good parts of my to-go order...Omelette, tasty. Hashbrowns tasty. Guy who helped me, nice...now on to the bad. And that's where the good part ends. Sooooooo frustrated! I just spent 20min. on the phone. I feel like I was talking to folks in remedial customer service. One girl kept putting me on hold, saying 3 times "how can I help you?" like I was a new caller. Briana. The next girl, Erica, kept saying that she didn't know anything, what I wanted or what the problem was, when I ALREADY told her!!! I ordered french toast, and that's all I got, Just dry toast. No whipped cream, no syrup, and no butter as sides. Who eats dry french toast??? Basically, for having to go back to that location, where I don't even live, all they can do is 10% off. Unacceptable. They should replace it on the house. This was supposed to be a tasty treat! Again, unacceptable. I will go back here at my convenience, bringing my old order and get it replaced. Hopefully, the manager will be in. And thank you to the 3rd person who answered the phone, whom I could hear trying to figure out where the manager was...someone who went home!? So no manager on duty? Grrrrrreeeeeeeat. Really regretting leaving a tip for my to-go order. :-( IHOP is supposed to be a...happy place.

Perhaps the worst service I have had, in almost ever .... I had two toddlers and could not get anyone to help us move tables since ours was wobbly and it took 20 min to get anyone to take our order. and I had to call them from our table in order to get anyone to come back and help us ... and anyone with toddlers knows what 'not eating' means ... absolutely a miserable experience. I do really love IHOP and I will be be back to another one, but I am so disappointed with this experience! Wish they had any idea of how bad that was!

This location sits in the parking lot of a hotel. It's kind of weird but I guess it works. It was pretty dead on this early Thursday afternoon so I kind of felt like I was in one of those horror movie diner scenes just waiting for the creature to drop through the ceiling.:/ Sean was our waiter and he was decent...efficient. His expression never made it to his eyes which was disconcerting but, I suppose, it's no matter really. All of our food was good, hot upon delivery & filling.

This is a the type of breakfast place that you should know what you're getting into before coming. It's a chain, not much different than a Denny's or Village Inn. I was slightly disappointed the last time I visited here though because I ordered an omelet and my friend ordered scrambled eggs with turkey bacon. When our server delivered the food, mine came first... I don't understand why a restaurant wouldn't bring both peoples plates at once, if there are only 2 people dining, one shouldn't have to wait for their food. My omelet was kind of cold and her turkey bacon tasted like it was freezer burned or something. I have eaten at IHOPS before but I think this was the worst experience I have had here. Unfortunately I will not return to this location.

Huge portions and complimentary coffee while you wait. My husband could eat breakfast here everyday if I let him. ;-) The pancakes seriously taste homemade, and are delicious, and I don't generally eat pancakes. Prices are a little high, but worth it. The omelets are the size of my hand and the home fries are amazing. I cannot wait to try the biscuits and gravy the next time I return.

Very friendly staff, but watch out for the drunks. This iHop is 24 hours and next to The View House (a new bar in town) and a lot of the drunk people head to iHop after the bar. The waiters are good sports about it and very accommodating.

Food was good, however the managment allowed the cooks to blast Mexican music and sing along very loud. It drowned out the radio they had playing. Very unprofessional setting, even if it is just an IHOP.

The best i-hop I've been to. Awesome pancakes, sweet french toast and super sweet servers. My friend had the chicken dinner and said "why the beep would anyone go to KFC?". I think they could improve on their hash-browns though. Eggs always come out the way you order them. It's a typical i-hop but with service that is much better and a view of the mountains that is priceless. I always take the seats right by the window next to the i-25 highway and I go there just before sunset. Talk about finding joy in small things. Or big things that somehow become small because we forget to appreciate them. Oh well. Go here. Feed your tummy, feed it!

Visited around noon on 8/16. Was asked by what looked like a 14 year old to sit in a part of the restaurant that looks like it's used for meetings along with storage of restaurant tools like a vacuum cleaner, hoses, etc. One other party of 4 was just leaving from this area. I waited 10 minutes without seeing any employees. Finally got up and moved myself to the restaurant-main area. Hard to believe, but waited another 10 minutes while all servers were mingling with each other near the kitchen talking about wearing bronco shirts tomorrow, laughing, etc. Stay away. They don't want your business and apparently they just don't care.

We are locals and had breakfast at this IHOP last Sunday morning around 8 am. It was so amazing I had to let the world know. My husband and I were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant and were seated immediately. The waiter was friendly and likable but not overly familiar. My husband ordered his eggs over medium and commented to me when the food came that this was the first time a restaurant had ever delivered eggs that really were "over medium," just how he likes them. My spinach omelette was delicious and right off the stove. The waiter checked our table 2x during the meal. To top everything off, a woman (the manager?) came through the room visiting tables with young children to make balloon animals for the kids. It was a lot of fun watching her make the balloons and the kids were enthralled. (She made a penguin and a horse with a saddle while we watched across the room. Too bad we don't have grandkids.) We will definitely be back.

My friends and I went here to eat after a night out. It was a busy night since it was New Years Eve so we expected it to be somewhat slow, but this was the worst service I've ever experienced. We got our drinks right away but quickly realized that no one around us was getting their food. Two tables almost walked out because they had been there an hour and didn't have their food. The waitress told us it was a really crazy busy night but she never checked on us. An hour goes by and we start to wonder where our food is (there were only 3 of us). We ask the waitress and she says it's coming. So we wait another 15 minutes, still nothing. We ask for a manager at an hour and a half and she comes over saying it's a busy night and our food will be up shortly and that we'll get a discount. Another 15 min goes by and the waitress comes up to us to tell us that the kitchen lost our ticket and asked how we wanted our eggs cooked again. At this point we were so angry that we just got up and left. After almost 2 hours we never got our food, no refills on any drinks and no apology. All our waitress said was "well, happy new year I guess. Way to ring it in". I understand it's busy, I waitress myself, I've experienced customers who get mad who have to wait long but thats when I give them free desserts, drinks, discounts, apologies, etc. I'm a very understanding person when it comes to servers (everyone always tells me I overtip-even when service is bad). So when it's crazy like this it does get frustrating and it does get backed up in the kitchen but no reassurance on the food coming (except when asking ourselves), no refills and no apology is just disrespectful and rude. So, I advise all of you not to eat at this location unless you want to wait hours for some French toast.

Yes, most IHOPs are the same, but my server on my last visit was VERY personable. When I left, he asked me if he could give me a hug in honor of Mother's Day. I am not a mother, but I do enjoy hugs!! 4 stars for PDA action!

OK, IHOP might not be the height of cuisine, but as someone who loves breakfast I always leave happy. This one is conveniently located off Arapahoe and Clinton (you can see it from the highway). There is lots of parking since it is sandwiched in with the hotels over that way. However, this also means it is hopping! Our last Saturday trip has us hitting it around 10ish and the place was packed. However, even though a group of 20 (!) was seated next to us we never went without a drink and our food was fast and hot. I love their pancakes - they don't even need syrup they are so good. And the place has a comfy no frills vibe. Perfect for a hearty breakfast. They get you in and out and make sure you are full when you leave!

We were heading to Starfest this weekend and looking for a place to eat a little after 10am that could make it thru dinner and IHOP was one of the only few nearby we could come up with. We got seated immediately and ordered our drinks. It took a little long to get our drinks, but when the waitress came back she took our orders so that was good. The food was excellent as always. I had one of their bacon cheese potato specials (no idea what it's called) and 2 scrambled eggs and it was delicious. The waitress came back with refills when my glass was empty, so what else can you ask for? We were in and out in under 45 minutes, so you can't beat that!

Really? 4 stars? Sadly, I can't agree. We visited Sunday morning, I with my high hopes and memories of eating silver dollar pancakes at an IHOP at St. Petersburg Beach, Florida. I knew I wanted pancakes before I sat down, and took my time deciding on the double-blueberry pancakes with blueberry compote and whipped cream. We'd already had two servers by the time we ordered (one who took our drink order and another who declared herself our server and took our food order, much to our confusion. Our food came quickly, but the meal was incredibly lackluster. I was disappointed to find very few blueberries in my pancakes. Where were the "double blueberries" the menu advertised? The compote was plopped on top in a dark blue, gooey mess with a dollop of whip creamed on top. Fortunately, the pancakes weren't bad, but they weren't special either. (Of course, this is an IHOP, so who am I to complain.) Sadly, our server didn't return to the table to check on us, or to provide drink refills until we were finished. We both finished our meals without drinks, a major tip-reducer for us. I felt sorry for our server, though, and left $2 anyway. With a total of $25 on the bill, I can't say that the meal or the experience was worth it. I don't think I'll be back.

1000 miles from home, same old IHOP. This can be a good thing though after a week of hitting new places and not knowing what to expect.

Pro: Pancakes at 11pm Con: Diarrhea at 11am Service was slow and me and my friend both had stomach issues the next day. We think it was the scrambled eggs.

Employees were very unprofessional and even used curse words around my son. I only give it 2 stars because food was OK, but even then I prefer other ihops

(1)Daniel B.
(2)Jay T.
Slow service. We had to wait 20-30 mins for our food and waitress didn't even bother to check up on us or bring water, nothing; she was just unprepared. Bad customer service, mediocre food with over cooked pancakes. Although I still like ihop, I wouldn't go back to this specific one.

The ham & cheese omelet is the bomb and if u like cheese its soooo cheesy and the ham is like sausages. By far the best omelet I had!

Pancakes were horrible. Just fell apart and looked terrible. Servers were over worked or short staffed. Really slow presentation after order. They did give 20% off for the pancakes. The inlet I had was good but probably only 2 egg. Don't order pancakes from ihop.

Great breakfast! Haven't been to one since I was a kid! memories... We all had something different but all and all the french toast with bananas was really good!!! No syrup needed! No wait till on Sun 10:30 was perfect! Even though busy so we had no delay.

Horrible wait time, friendly server but I don't like waiting 30 min for a Blt. Won't be back ever.

Pro: Pancakes at 11pm Con: Diarrhea at 11am Service was slow and me and my friend both had stomach issues the next day. We think it was the scrambled eggs.

Servers are friendly young kids but my Colorado omelet was just average at best.

1000 miles from home, same old IHOP. This can be a good thing though after a week of hitting new places and not knowing what to expect. The menu is exactly the same...as it should be since it is a chain. So, I order the same things I would order back at home in my familiar IHOP and the results are the same. This is what results in a 3 star rating. Just your average IHOP.
(3)Tara L.
Typical Ihop taste, nothing great. It always amazes me that the food never seems to come out hot in these places, its always luke warm. Service at this one was pretty crummy.
(2)Michael S.
It's 2:30am, you need water from your night out. You want something greasy in your belly. IHOP calls! The waitress might be older and unattractive but she's nice and allows you to be stupid with your friends. The Rooty Tutty Fresh'n Fruity will definitely hit the spot.
(3)Mary C.

Good location, consistent food. Nice westerly view of the mountains. If your staying at one of the hotels nearby they'll give you a 10% discount. Very quick to go orders!

IHOP has a number of "right" sized, low-calorie portion options on their menu. I particularly like their omelette options. The service at this location has always been fast and friendly. This location is somewhat off the beaten path, hence there is never a wait. You can be in-n-out of here in 30 minutes.
(4)Jeff K.
I was seated immediately for breakfast but I think the wait staff forgot me. Someone finally came by and asked if I'd been helped. I ordered coffee and water. Got my coffee but no water. Ordered the 2x2x2 breakfast. Received a 2x1x1 for some reason (see photo). Two eggs, one bacon, and one sausage. All that said it was very quick and the eggs were cooked to order; over medium. Very good. If it wasn't for the three items above they would have received five stars. Maybe it was the waiters first day.

(2)Jay T.
Slow service. We had to wait 20-30 mins for our food and waitress didn't even bother to check up on us or bring water, nothing; she was just unprepared. Bad customer service, mediocre food with over cooked pancakes. Although I still like ihop, I wouldn't go back to this specific one.

I've only been here twice & each time we all enjoyed our food. No complaints so 5 stars.
(5)Kokoro H.
The ham & cheese omelet is the bomb and if u like cheese its soooo cheesy and the ham is like sausages. By far the best omelet I had!
(5)J J.

(4)Nyk N.
This place is the most amazing place to eat... Like Sharknado is the best movie ever! Go in with low expectation and they'll be sure to meet 'em!

Employees were very unprofessional and even used curse words around my son. I only give it 2 stars because food was OK, but even then I prefer other ihops
(2)Ian C.
Worst service ever. We were seated somewhat quickly. But once we were seated we sat their for about 30 min just waiting to, not only get drinks, but order our drinks. The waiter was pretty polite but didn't show a ton of enthusiasm and seemed like he didn't want to be here. So needless to say I will NOT be coming back here
(1)Jim D.
Food over cooked and cold. Hash browns were like sawdust. No one in our group of 6 wanted to finish their meall, including the children. This was my second visit to ihop, I have learned my lesson.
(2)Shana H.
(3)Emily W.
(2)Megan W.
(5)Megan A.
This location is always consistently good. I'm still very pleased with this restaurant, the food, the service and the hours.
(5)Nyki B.
Very friendly staff, but watch out for the drunks. This iHop is 24 hours and next to The View House (a new bar in town) and a lot of the drunk people head to iHop after the bar. The waiters are good sports about it and very accommodating.
(4)Eric K.
Food was good, however the managment allowed the cooks to blast Mexican music and sing along very loud. It drowned out the radio they had playing. Very unprofessional setting, even if it is just an IHOP.
(1)Chris E.
Convenient location. Friendly, proactive staff. Food is tasty & plentiful. It's usually pretty quiet when the band hits this IHOP after 1am, post gigs. Me likee!
(3)Vinay B.
(4)Jeff K.

(5)Max C.
Good place for a moderately priced breakfast :) no major complaints about this location (except for the creepy balloon guy... *shudder*)

(4)Jessica J.
